At the July 26th, 2023 RBCAI Board Meeting, Resident Rick Hoban was prepared to speak to the reasons why he presented a Demand Request to the Board of Directors.  However, Chad Story, the President did not allow anyone to speak including other Board members when they tried to make a point of order or any other point.  This is a direct violation of Roberts Rules of Order.  Use the button below to see Mr. Hoban's prepared statement.
